Rush Resort
One of Ohio Luxury Lodging's newest properties is Rush Resort.
The doors to Rush Resort were opened to travelers in December of 2015. As soon as you pull up to the home, you will know you made the right decision in lodging. Located on 21 private acres, Rush Resort is as stunning as it is welcoming. Rush has so much to offer that you won't even need to venture off of the grounds to have a memorable Hocking Hills vacation.
If you do want to go out, the location is perfect and only a few miles from some of Hocking Hills most popular attractions.
Upon your arrival, guests are welcomed by a staff member who is there to show you around and answer any questions you might have. They are happy to assist you and be as involved as you would like them to be.
The most stress you will encounter while staying at Rush Resort is deciding whether to spend your time inside or outside. The amenities in the home and outside of the home are endless.
Beautiful Rush Resort sleeps 22 guests and offers everything you can want and then some. Indoor amenities include 8 bedrooms and 6 full baths, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and a gorgeous custom-built dinner table. The great room is magnificent with comfortable seating and views worthy of a postcard.
Kids and adults will enjoy the game room, which has an air hockey table, pool table, foosball table and poker table. If you are in the mood for some board games, there's many to choose from. Guests will be in awe of the six-tier theatre room that has reclining chairs and all the comforts of the best movie theaters.
The room boasts phenomenal sound and amazing picture quality on the 122" screen. Whether you are watching a movie or sporting event, the theatre room will be something you won't soon forget. As if that can't get any better, Pippin added an authentic popcorn maker and a wide array of DVD's to choose from.
The outside amenities are just as impressive as the inside ones. There is a massive wrap around deck with glass panels so no view is obstructed. On the deck there's ample seating, which includes a number of zero-gravity chairs. The deck is also where the hot tub is located, and is the perfect way to begin or end your day.
Rush Resort has an outdoor swimming pool overlooking the hills that is open from May until November.
It can be heated if you are visiting during the cooler months. For those who enjoy fishing, Rush Resort has a pond that is stocked with large-mouth bass, bluegill, perch and catfish. Guests can fish from the dock or take the johnboat out onto the pond.
If grilling is your preferred way of cooking, Rush Resort has a 6-burner gas grill and a gas griddle grill. There are two fire pits on the property, and a sand volleyball court is in the process of being built. Other outdoor games include cornhole and bocce ball.
