Even though "Fortnite Battle Royale" developers are currently on a winter break, they are going to release some interesting things to the game very soon. Data miners have found interesting details in the game data, and we can already see what's going to be added to the PvP mode of "Fortnite." Due to the break, we most likely won't get another update in 2018, but next year should be very interesting for all players.

Epic Games has added numerous new items to "Fortnite Battle Royale," making the game look much different than it looked when it was released in September 2017.

Players have many more mobility items now, different weapons, and many other changes. According to data miners, the developer is going to release two more items soon, carrots and the Boom Box!

Carrots in Fortnite Battle Royale

Carrots are going to be consumable items in "Fortnite Battle Royale." More specifically, they are going to be foraged items, just like apples and mushrooms. At the moment, it is unknown what benefit carrots will provide to players. However, carrots might be a combination of apples and mushrooms, and they might give players both shield and health. If this is the case, there is no doubt that carrot-rich areas are going to be popular spots for battles.

Apples give players 5 health for each apple consumed.

They can be found mostly in fields with grass, such as Lazy Links, Fatal Fields, and Tomato Temple. While apples are mostly found on the eastern side of the island, mushrooms can be found on the western side of it. To be specific, mushrooms are mostly found in dark woods, and they also give 5 points of shield for each mushroom consumed.

It is unknown where carrots will be placed on the island, but there is a chance that Epic Games is going to put them in some empty areas where players can't find apples or mushrooms.

Boom Box

Skin-Tracker on Twitter has found the Boom Box in the "Fortnite Battle Royale" data. According to the data miner, this is going to be another in-game item, but its function is currently unknown.

There is a chance that it will be used as a back-bling, although that's just a guess. Epic Games has released a Boogie Bomb a long time ago, so this might be its replacement.

The game developer released a small content update on December 23, but it is unlikely that we will get a big patch before 2019. It is important to note that the new items can be released in a content update, so we can get carrots and the Boom Box next week.
