Epic Games have been very active when it comes to updating "Fortnite Battle Royale" in season 6. There have been numerous small events related to the floating island, and these events have caused some changes on the map. Right now, the floating island is back to where it was at the start of the season. However, it appears that the "Fortnite" developer is not done with it yet.

Epic Games has announced a new unique event that will happen on Sunday, November 4. Unlike most of the events in season 6 so far, this event will actually be big and you don't want to miss it.

Considering that the game developer has officially announced it, we can expect it to be as big as the rocket launch event that happened at the end of season 4. There is no doubt that the event will once again have millions of watchers, and it will be interesting to see what happens after it.

Big Fortnite event

The unique "Fortnite Battle Royale" event starts at 1 PM Eastern Time. While no one exactly knows what exactly will happen during this event, we believe that it will have something to do with the purple cube and Leaky Lake. After all, the lake and the floating island above it have been a major theme this season.

The purple cube has recently started cracking, and many "Fortnite Battle Royale" players believe that something big will happen once it completely cracks.

In season 4, something similar happened to Dusty Divot. There was a meteor fragment in the middle of this area, and it was eventually opened. We found out that The Visitor, the special character from the season, was inside of it. Furthermore, this character played a huge role in the events of season 4, including the rocket launch.

The rocket launch event was a huge success, and that is why we expect another big thing from Epic Games. Additionally, season 6 is soon going to enter its seventh week, which means that we might get another special character from the cube.

The event start date

In order to witness the special "Fortnite Battle Royale" event this Sunday, players will have to login before 1 PM ET and get into a game.

The Playground match should work too, but just to be safe, players should join one of the regular modes.

Additionally, it is important to note that the event starts at different times in different regions. For example, it will start at 5 PM in the United Kingdom, while Oceania players will have to stay up after midnight in order to witness the event.
