News about the "Destiny 2: Curse of Osiris" DLC is coming in hot as new and returning weapons and armor sets are now being spotted. A couple of interesting discoveries were the much-rumored shotgun and a hidden exotic.
Fans might remember the new shotgun rifle that was teased prior to the "Curse of Osiris" release. Many fans already dubbed it as the Saint-14 shotgun, though they are expecting it to have a different moniker.
True enough, its name is way different than expected.
Known as the Perfect Paradox, it is a legendary shotgun that is likely to be owned by the famed Exo-Titan. It's not yet known if this will come as a random drop or if players will need to complete a certain objective to get this nifty firearm.
The Saint-14 mission
However, a Redditor (EchoGGs) unearthed some pretty interesting images within the DestinyTracker site. One of them is an activity dubbed "Not Even the Darkness" alongside its mission objective: find Saint-14.
It was reported beforehand that a couple of players also discovered something mysterious as they play the "Up and Up" mission of the DLC.
While traversing Mercury's Dark Future, they came to a massive door with a small hole at the center. Using a sniper scope, they peeped through the hole and saw a floating body which they believe that it could be Saint-14's.
The not-so-secret-anymore exotic
An exotic Ghost shell – Sagira's Shell – was also spotted. Just like the Perfect Paradox, it's still a mystery as to how this item can be acquired. The exotic, however, has some pretty cool perks when it equipped.
These perks include:
You're Welcome: Detects caches and resources within a 75-meter range on Mercury.
Omni-Telemetry: Perk that generates Gunsmith telemetry information on any elemental weapon kills
Scion of Mercury: This will increase the chances of getting more faction consumables and Glimmer while on Mercury.
Prometheus Lens bug
Meanwhile, the solar counterpart of Coldheart – the Prometheus Lens trace rifle – is making quite a buzz in "Destiny 2's" PvP. Players are beginning to notice the power of the new weapon (especially the ones on the receiving end) believing that it is overpowered. Bungie's DeeJ, on the other hand, addressed the issue confirming that the weapon was indeed "shipped with a bug."
He added that they'll bring up the concern on their "This Week At Bungie" blog and went on to state that they'll be making some tweaks to it. In the meantime, check out a video about the game below.
