The latest updates for "Injustice 2" revealed the gameplay trailer for the new playable character, Hellboy. The demonic hero will join Black Manta and "Mortal Kombat" fighter Raiden in the sequel's second DLC pack, and his gameplay style will be a combination of long-range shooting and brute strength.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment announced that the open PC Beta test for "Injustice 2" has been delayed as players will have to wait for an official announcement from them soon.

Enter Hellboy

Hellboy's fighting style involves using his revolver, mystical weapons, and his Right Hand of Doom. He can shoot enemies with his revolver from a distance and prevent air combos. He can use his right hand to pummel enemies to the ground and block their attacks. Hellboy can also use a magic sword and a variety of enhanced mystical gadgets to stun his opponents.

The latter can tap into his demonic form, "Anung Un Rama" to gain extra damage and limited invulnerability. Warner Bros. and NetherRealm Studios will launch Hellboy on Nov. 14 for players who have the "Injustice 2" Ultimate Edition, Digital Deluxe, and Ultimate Pack.

Gamers can buy him online on Nov. 21.

The game publisher revealed that the third DLC pack will feature Ryan Choi's version of The Atom and two unnamed characters. Comic Book fans speculated that two remaining characters could be Raven, Hawkgirl, John Constantine, Ra's al Ghul, Booster Gold, and Watchmen members Rorschach and Doctor Manhattan.

PC beta test coming soon

Warner Bros. tweeted that the open beta test for "Injustice 2" PC version will be delayed and they urge PC users to wait for new announcements soon. The game publisher stated that the PC version will launch in the fall this year, and the open beta was originally set on Oct. 25.

The open beta will be available on Steam and Windows Store, and PC users do not need to pre-order the game to play it.

The developers hired QLOC to develop the PC version as they were responsible for working on "Mortal Kombat X" for the platform.

Game producer Ed Boon also teased that "Injustice 2" could be ported to the Nintendo Switch console. However, he warned Nintendo fans that the gameplay will not be as impressive as the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions.

There are also new premium characters skins like Shazam, Blackfire, Arkham Knight, and the CW Network versions of Green Arrow, The Flash, Firestorm, Atom, Black Canary, and Supergirl.
