The Los Angeles Lakers don't have much time to make some changes, as the NBA trade deadline is on February 7. LeBron James and his team are certainly in need of a shooter. With the deadline getting closer let's have a look at the five possible scenarios for this team.

1

Kemba Walker

The Los Angeles Lakers could trade Lonzo Ball and Josh Hart to the Hornets for Kemba. This could help the Lakers greatly because they would get one of the best point guards in the league, and a great shooter. Also, LeBron James would get the help he needs. The disadvantage here is that Kemba is not so good on defense.

2

Bradley Beal

The trade here would be Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram and Lance Stephenson for Beal. Just like in Kemba Walker scenario the Lakers could get an All-Star player for non-All-Stars. Also, Bradley is a solid starter, putting up 25 points and 5 assists per game. There is no question that the Lakers would benefit from this trade.

3

Terrence Ross

The Lakers would probably have to offer Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and a pick or a young player to make this trade. Terrence Ross would be the perfect score for the Lakers if they could succeed in getting him.

4

Nikola Vucevic

The trade for Vucevic would be much more complicated, as Nikola would probably cost Lakers more than just the contracts. But they would certainly get the shooter they need for their team.

5

The Lakers not making any moves

This scenario is pretty realistic and would be good for them because they are all healthy and currently have a great defensive team, however, their play-offs chances are getting slimmer as we are getting deeper in the season, so they might want to consider making some changes.
