It won't only have Spider-Men
One of the older characters in the Spider-verse is actually not a person at all. Spider-Ham will make an appearance in this film. He had his own comic back in the 1990s, making him one of the first non-Peter Parker Spider-characters around. It turns out the backstory for this character is that he was a spider that got bitten by a radioactive talking pig.

It will have Noir touches
Spider-Man Noir will be voiced by Nick Cage and comes from an entire universe that has a noir touch to it. This character is especially interesting because he got his powers through a magical totem, rather than radioactive bites. In Marvel history, there have been two Spider-Man Noir series, both four issues long.
