Ben Roethlisberger - Steelers
Big Ben is leading the league right now with a total of 1,414 passing yards. In Week 4, he's coming off a tough "SNF" loss and has the advantage of a home field game against a Falcons team whose passing defense may be suspect. It wouldn't be surprising to see Roethlisberger erupt for a decent fantasy football total in this game at Heinz Field.

Cam Newton - Panthers
Cam Newton and the Panthers were on a bye for Week 4, so now they'll come into this fifth week's matchup rested and ready. Newton will get to work his magic in Charlotte, as they host the struggling New York Giants. As it stands, N.Y. ranks near the bottom of the league in terms of rushing defense, which could mean Cam gains some serious stats on the ground.

Tom Brady - Patriots
Brady and the Pats are coming off this past Sunday's big win over the previously-undefeated Dolphins. Now, they'll host the Indianapolis Colts and Brady will not only have Josh Gordon again, but he'll have Julian Edelman back as well. With these targets available, it bodes well for Tom to start getting back on track.

Drew Brees - Saints
Brees is on the verge of breaking an all-time passing yards record, originally set by Peyton Manning. On Sunday (October 7), Brees will be at home against the Washington Redskins.
Drew Brees is breaking all-time passing records by the week, but that's not what motivates him to play. He wants to win another Super Bowl for the @Saints. pic.twitter.com/iPXufaLR8X

Matt Ryan - Falcons
Ryan has thrown the most touchdowns (10) for the season, so far, of anyone on this top five. He gets to go against a team ranked low in passing defense (total yards) in the Steelers. That could mean Matty Ice is going to rack up major yards and scoring opportunities. It's good enough to consider risking Ryan for the start on Sunday, even though his road performances may cause some to exercise caution. Of course, other options to consider, if possible, are Jared Goff and C.J. Beathard.
