With only a few days left for the official launch of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8, the handset was spotted on the Samsung official online store. According to Android Police, the 64GB storage model of the Galaxy Note 8 has accidentally surfaced on the store bearing model number SM-N950UZKAXAA.

Moreover, the website also disclosed the features of the upcoming smartphone such as S Pen, Bixby Assistant alongside Infinity Screen. Even though the listing has been currently taken down by the company, the design of the phone looked similar to that of what we have seen in the previous leaks.

Renders leaked

Meanwhile, a Weibo user also shared the live images of Galaxy Note 8, and it also looked identical to previous rumors. However, one image displayed a mirror-like rear, but 9To5Google added that it could be the magic of the camera angle with light emitting from the reflection. The tech portal also revealed that the phone would be available for purchase on September 15.

Printed brochure revealed

Recently, the specifications of the upcoming handset have been revealed via a leaked promotional brochure meant for Australia. As per the brochure images leaked out via a popular tech portal, the Galaxy Note 8 will be equipped with a 6.3-inch QHD+ Infinity display coupled with S Pen. The phone will also provide support for Iris scanner and will be resistant to dust and water via IP68.

To recall, the Iris sensor was also included with the ill-fated Galaxy Note 7 in 2016.

Availability in eight colors

The brochure also exposed the wireless charging feature including the ability to take notes even when the display is switched off. It is also possible to transfer content from any previous smartphone to the new Note 8 using Switch software bundled with the device.

The brochure also hints at the possibility of the release of the phone in Maple Gold and Midnight Black color variants including the addition of six more colors.

Camera features

Talking about the optics, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is expected to feature dual cameras comprising of f/1.7 aperture alongside support for 2x optical zoom and optical image stabilization.

The camera will be designed in such a way to enable users to capture crisp images even in extreme low-light environment.

Apparently, the camera features were exposed via the Samsung Korea YouTube video along with the inclusion of the S Pen. The video also teased the presence of the Bokeh effect, which means the device will be equipped with a telephoto lens in the dual rear camera mechanism.

Massive pricing

According to Android Community, the 6GB RAM and 64GB storage variant of the Galaxy Note 8 will cost $943. The 128GB internal storage model will be priced at $1065. When it comes to the 256GB storage space, the phone will most likely cost $1200, which is very expensive. In short, the Note 8 will be the costliest smartphone if the rumor turns out to be true.

Finally, the popular tipster Evan Blass aka @evleaks had revealed that the Galaxy Note 8 would be available for pre-order from August 24 with free goodies. Samsung will offer either a free 256GB microSD card and wireless charger or Samsung Gear 360 camera for all customers who place orders during the pre-order interval. Blass also added that European customers would be able to get a free DeX dock with the Note 8 product package.
