"Teen Mom OG" star Ryan Edwards is at the center of some major drug allegations. The MTV reality star has allegedly been suffering from a drug addiction, and the people closest to him are worried for his safety. Recently, Ryan's ex-girlfriend, Maci Bookout, spoke on the reality series about how Ryan needs to enter rehab and admitted that she stays up nights crying because she is worried for his life. Maci and Ryan, who share one son together, Bentley, have been through a lot together, and Bookout seems genuinely concerned for Edwards' health and safety.

However, it seems that his family members would rather keep the private matter off of TV.

The Edwards family speaks

According to the Inquisitr, Ryan Edwards' fiance, Mackenzie Standifer, has spoken out about the drug rumors, revealing that fans should be praying for Ryan and his family instead of taking the time to gossip about the reported issues. Mackenzie's father, Bob Standifer also talked to the media, saying that Ryan is a "great guy," and that he and his family would be having a sit down with his soon-to-be son-in-law to discuss any and all issues that he may be facing in his life currently.

Meanwhile, Ryan Edwards' mother, Jen Edwards, has finally broken her silence after about a year of rumors that her son has been abusing drugs.

While Jen didn't confirm or deny the allegations of Ryan's drug use, she did reveal that she and her husband, Larry, have a story, and that it "will be told, but not at this time."

Maci claims that after the cameras leave she and Taylor drink and then get into arguments.
