Kim Kardashian recently starred on The View where she was asked about her relationship with Caitlyn Jenner. A rift was caused within the framework of the Kardashian family when Caitlyn released her memoir "The Secrets of My Life" in April of this year. The memoir contained some unfounded claims about Caitlyn's ex-wife Kris Jenner.

Throughout the entire memoir, Caitlyn Jenner claims that ex-wife Kris knew all about her gender-issues. She says that Kris knew before the couple took their relationship to the next level.
The Kardashians are outraged at Jenner's disrespectful claims about their mother. On an episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" Kris told daughters Kim and Khloe, "everything she said is all made up."
During her time on The View, Kim expressed that she has not spoken to Jenner in 2 months. When questioned on the claims that Jenner made, the Kardashian simply said, "maybe their accounts are different." Kim also appeared on Ellen DeGeneres and stated that her heart breaks for her mother. She explained to Ellen how things were not explained truthfully in the memoir and that it has deeply hurt her mother, who fans have seen struggle with Caitlyn's transition.
Will there ever be an end to this Kardashian-Jenner feud?
During her interview with The View, Kim stated openly that things will definitely be ok. She expressed her need to take some space from her stepparent, but appears certain that the issues will be resolved somewhere down the line. Kim told the audience that Caitlyn will always be a part of her and who she is as a person.
It is clear that the Kardashian recognizes the history that the pair have and she even included praise for Caitlyn taking over once her father passed.
As for the other family members, Kendall and Kylie were spotted spending Father's Day with Caitlyn. As for ex-wife Kris, Caitlyn claims they have not spoken in about 2 years.
This seems unlikely as the pair have both attended family events for their children. Kim insists that the family simply needed a break and that they will get things together.
It is clear from her interview the Kim still views Caitlyn as family. The main issue for the Kardashian star is the lack of respect Caitlyn Jenner is showing for her marriage with ex-wife Kris. However, it appears as if Kim is now opening up to the idea of moving forward and leaving the feud behind them.
