While HTC is still gearing up to unveil a couple of new smartphones at an event on November 2, a slew of unconfirmed images and details of what multiple sources claim to be the HTC U11 Life and the U11 Plus have surfaced online.

It can be recalled that the U11 Plus recently made an appearance on a certification site shedding more light on a few conceivable specifications. As if that weren't enough, another benchmark site has divulged more details about the U11 Life.

If the latest reports are anything to go by, the U11 Life will be an Android One version of the HTC U11. The Geekbench listing indicates the smartphone will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat.

Under the hood, the device will pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC, coupled with 3GB of RAM. This also coincides with previously surfaced reports.

According to an HTC tipster, the popular Taiwanese handset maker will roll out Android 8.0 Oreo to the HTC 10, HTC U Ultra, and the HTC U11 in November.

Although the U11 Life's benchmark listing reveals Android 7.1.1 Nougat, IndiaToday suggest there's a possibility that the device will also be up for grabs with Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box.

The Android One-powered U11 Life is expected to make a stock Android experience available to the users amid the absence of HTC's Sense UI.
