The Verge released a report stating that customers can now pre-order the newest Samsung Galaxy Note 8. The website provided details on the pre-order package deals, including exciting freebies.
These bundle deals for Samsung Galaxy Note 8 include either the pair of a wireless charging pad and memory card, or its Gear 360 camera. The order should be placed before the 24th of September, The Verge added.
Tech company giant Samsung unveiled the much-awaited Galaxy Note 8 on Wednesday at an Unpacked event in New York. Its official website said that the new device is part of the Galaxy Note series, and it is bound to perform “better things,” as the company earlier stated through a stunning teaser video.
The Verge shared details on how customers can obtain the new device prior to its release in the mass market. Carriers and stores do not offer the pre-orders simultaneously.
According to the website, customers can get the new Samsung device directly from the company, unlocked. This is considered a big offer since these devices are usually distributed and sold through carriers. The pre-order phones has a 64-GB storage, and are reportedly priced at $929.
Pre-order from carriers
The Note 8 is available for pre-order through carriers such as Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Verizon offers the product for $960 beginning August 24 at 12:00 a.m. ET. AT&T offers it at a retail price of $950 on the same date and time. AT&T Next provides installment packages at $31.67 a month for 30 months.
Meanwhile, T-Mobile offers the product for $930 starting August 24 at midnight ET. Carrier Sprint offers it for pre-order through online-based purchases at 1 a.m. ET on the same date. It is offered for a price of $960, with installment packages, The Verge noted.
Pre-order from retailers
Retail store Target and Best Buy are also releasing pre-order devices to consumers. Customers can pre-order the Note 8 from Target beginning August 24 at 3 a.m.
ET. Best Buy was a little bit earlier which released the products at midnight.
Flagship smartphone
In the teaser video launched a few days ago, the tech giant promised consumers with a phone that can do more possibilities, and perform bigger tasks. Samsung’s official website described the features of the new Galaxy Note 8.
The product has a huge Infinity Display that can enable users to watch their favorite movies in high-definition while opening new screens for multitasking. The screen offers a wide space for writing, with the use of the S Pen unveiled in the teaser video. The device has two 12-megapixel rear cameras, one with a wide-angle lens and the other with a telephoto lens.
