Live images leak online

A new set of gold-copper Nokia 8 images have surfaced online and have given the viewers and tech experts all over the world an idea as to what to expect from the smartphone design wise. The latest leaked images are in line with the previous leaks and confirm that the Nokia 8 will be sporting a physical Home button on the bottom bezel at the front. It is highly likely that the fingerprint sensor will be embedded in the Home Button as there are no other cut-outs or dedicated spaces at the back or on the screen of the smartphone for the Touch ID to be. Apart from the Home Button, the bottom bezel also houses the capacitive navigation keys.

Leaked image shows copper gold hue

In the new leaked images the Nokia 8 sports minimum side bezels. However, the top and bottom bezels are quite thick. The bottom bezel is even thicker than the top bezel. On the top bezel, the secondary selfie snapper has been placed on the left and the earpiece has been placed at the center.

On the rear panel, the vertically aligned dual camera setup has been placed at the top center and might be sporting twin Carl Zeiss lens. The LED flash has been placed right below the camera setup. The images also show that the Nokia 8 may come with dual-SIM hybrid support, which indicates that the user can house two SIM cards or can use one SIM card and a microSD card simultaneously.

Dedicated space for a microSD card has not been included in the design. However, despite so many details falling in line with previous rumors, the copper gold Nokia 8 in the leaked images apparently looks like a prototype as the Carl Zeiss logo is not etched on the rear panel. Apart from that, some major mistakes in the language can be detected when one boots up the smartphone.

With the launch of the new flagship inching closer, it remains to be seen what surprises the company has in store.
