There has to be a reason why Cena returned with his heel version of "Doctor of Thuganomics" after such a long time of more than 15 years approximately. It is expected that the Doctor of Thuganomics might interrupt the Deadman's match with Elias at Saudi Arabia. Now, the readers might wonder why "Undertaker vs. John Cena" will happen again. This is because, at Wrestlemania 34, they both had a very small Wrestling match which left the fans unsatisfied.
This match had no proper buildup to the story and the Phenom directly appeared at the event of Wrestlemania.
