Cleveland Cavaliers are 4-6 after 10 games this season and they are one of the worst teams in the entire league. Some of their losses came against bad teams as the Cavaliers haven't given their maximum effort every single night. It seems that the situation isn't going to get any better unless they make a big change, so it might be time to make some trades for a big-name player.

With Tristan Thompson out for a month, the Cavaliers have no suitable replacement for him at the center position. Trading for another center would make a lot of sense as Cleveland has some valuable assets they could use to acquire a star player.

There are many great centers in the league and some of them are available on the trade market, so the Cavs should give it a shot.

Jahlil Okafor

Jahlil Okafor is on the trade block as the Philadelphia 76ers want to get rid of him. After everything that's happened with his career in Philadelphia, Okafor wants to leave too, and it seems that it's only a matter of time when they trade him. The center has appeared in only one game this season as he scored 10 points and grabbed 9 rebounds against the Toronto Raptors. He also blocked two shots in 22 minutes of action.

Okafor is only 21 and the Cleveland Cavaliers could use a young and talented center. Considering that he isn't happy in Philadelphia and that the team is trading him, the Cavaliers could get him without giving up any valuable pieces.

On the other side, the 76ers would benefit from a veteran that they'd eventually acquire from Cleveland.

DeAndre Jordan

DeAndre Jordan is one of the best rebounders in the league and he would be a perfect player for the Cavs. There are rumors that the Los Angeles Clippers are trading him, which is a great news for Cleveland.

Jordan is averaging 10.0 points and 15.1 rebounds per game this season, but the Clippers might ask for a lot in return.

The Cavaliers still have a first-round pick in 2018 NBA draft, which is their most valuable trade asset. Considering they are in a win-now mode, trading for Jordan would make a lot of sense as they'd have a great center who can finish inside, grab rebounds, and block shots.

Brook Lopez

Brook Lopez is one of the best centers in the league, yet he's playing for the team that is in a rebuilding mode, the Los Angeles Lakers. Lopez has one more year left on his contract and he will most likely leave the Lakers next summer.

The Lakers have a good and young core, so they would benefit from the Cavaliers' draft pick. In addition, Cleveland could use this trade to free up a roster spot they could use on another player.
