This week's raw had a huge eight man Tag Team Match between the team of Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and The Hardy Boys and the team of Sheamus, Cesaro and The Club. Earlier it was supposed to be a normal tag team match between the team of Sheamus and Cesaro and the team of Gallows and Anderson(The Club). Due to a brawl between the WWE Raw tag team champions (Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins) and their number one contenders (Sheamus and Cesaro) at "No Mercy," there was utter chaos and it ended up becoming a mega-match.

Shield reunion

Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins reunited at SummerSlam this year where they won the tag team titles.

Since then, Sheamus and Cesaro have not claimed their rematch clause but they will get their rematch at "No Mercy" next week's Sunday, September 24. The team of Sheamus and Cesaro is a strong team but the team of Ambrose and Rollins is a duo which is difficult to handle.

The Hardys have had a rivalry with Sheamus and Cesaro when they were having the tag team championships with them but Sheamus and Cesaro took the titles from them successfully. Therefore, this 8 man tag team match re-ignited the rivalry as Jeff and Cesaro started the match. The match was an action packed 8 man tag team extravaganza where the team of Rollins, Ambrose and Hardys emerged victorious.

We have seen hundreds of 8 man tag team matches and plenty of 10 man tag bout but there are few gigantic multi superstars showdowns which are the biggest tag team matches in WWE history.

Triple H put the whole roster against Cena and Orton

First one was a time when Triple H was two weeks away from "Wrestlemania 24" and his triple threat match against John Cena and Randy Orton for the WWE championship. At that time, he came up with an idea to make his opponents face the entire raw roster but it wasn't as one-sided as one would have thought.

Cena and Orton showed great teamwork and eliminated 9 superstars but at the end, it lead to disqualification and the game Triple H took advantage by entering the ring and smacking them both.

ECW Originals, Nexus and more

Second was when the final Raw before 2015 kicked off with an epic 16 man elimination fatal-four-way match featuring the Wyatt's, the League of Nations, the ECW originals and the team of Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose and The Usos.

And the third was when John Cena captained the star-studded team against the Nexus in a 14 man elimination match at "SummerSlam 2010" where he was able to win the match by being a lone survivor in that match making Wade Barett submit at the end.
