Brock Lesnar was hurt badly during SummerSlam at the hands of Braun Strowman. He was sent off on a stretcher in the middle of the match but the next night there was a big smile on his face at Monday Night Raw because he was successful in retaining the Universal Championship in a big fatal-four-way match at SummerSlam.

The Beast incarnate" was in pretty good spirits the next night on Monday Night Raw. There were a lot of questions before SummerSlam about whether Brock Lesnar was going to be the Universal Champion after the match or not. Lesnar was able to survive a hellacious fatal-four-way match on the 30th anniversary of SummerSlam.

Strowman dominated the fatal-four-way match

Lesnar defended his championship against Samoa Joe, Braun Strowman, and Roman Reigns in the main event of SummerSlam. The first man to obtain a pinfall or submission would pick up the victory and was supposed to be declared the new Universal champion. That match became "Braun Strowman vs Brock Lesnar" for a bit, with Strowman dominating Lesnar by putting him through two announcer tables in a way that we have never seen before.

The Beast was stretchered out of the Barclays Centre but Brock refused to stay down against the doctor's orders and returned to face the "Monster among men." Brock returned and unleashed on Stroman but Roman Reigns interrupted by delivering a vicious Spear to Strowman and in the end, Lesnar gave a huge F5 to Roman Reigns pinning him to retain the title.

Next night on Raw

The next night he kicked off Monday Night Raw and was applauded by the entire WWE Universe chanting in the suplex city. But there was a sudden change in the expression of Brock Lesnar when the music of Braun Strowman hit and then came the entry of the man who was responsible for the Brock Lesnar's damage at Summerslam.

It was truly a great sight to see two big guys going toe-to-toe in the ring and we got another view of Brock being destroyed by Strowman.

The "Monster among men" tried to Chokeslam Brock Lesnar which was countered by Lesnar but Strowman was able to counter him back and make a statement by giving him two powerslams back to back.

Without saying a single word, Strowman was able to put the whole WWE universe on notice. Braun treated the champion exactly like last night's SummerSlam. For the second time in less than 24-hours, Brock Lesnar was manhandled by Braun Strowman who was able to powerslam him twice in the middle of the ring.

Looking to the situation, this story between Braun and Lesnar is far from over and is getting more heated day by day. The "Monster among men" once again comes out on top.
