Reports claimed that the Boston Celtics and Philadelphia 76ers agreed to swap their No. 1 and 3 picks, which will take place this Thursday. With this agreement, many speculated the Philadelphia 76ers will not miss their chance to go after Fultz.
Philadelphia had the No. 1 draft spot for the second time in a row. Boston Celtics agreed to this set-up as they were promised to have first-rounders by 2018 or 2019.

I don't really pay attention to everything that's going on. I'm truly blessed to be in this position. Whatever happens, I'm looking forward to taking my talents to wherever I go." The trade will most likely be finalized early this week.
He also expressed that he just wants to get the draft over with as he wants to fully invest in the team he will be put in.
If the trade will be finalized and the set-up between Boston Celtics and Philadelphia 76ers will push through, Philadelphia will have the first pick, Los Angeles Lakers will have the second, Boston will have the third and Phoenix Suns will have number four.
During his weekend visit to the practice facility of the Philadelphia 76ers, Fultz was not only there to workout but also have a meeting with team officials.

It is expected that the Philadelphia 76ers will improve this coming NBA season. Last season, they won 28 games compared to the less than 20 wins during the past three seasons. Their other draft picks from 2014 to 2016 include Jahlil Okafor, Joel Embiid, and Ben Simmons.
