Ranchi is India's 26th venue, even though many One Day International and T20 games have been played here, the pitch is new to Test cricket and the nature of the pitch or how it will last for the entire five days is difficult to predict. But it's going to support the slow bowlers for sure as India aim to take a 2-1 lead in the series.
