Josh Griffith is keeping his word to fans of "The Young and the Restless." He promised to get things back on track in Genoa City, and it just continues getting better. It has now been confirmed that Elizabeth Hendrickson will be leaving "General Hospital" and reprising her "Y&R" role as Crazy Chloe. Spoiler alerts have also stated that Greg Rikaart will be returning as her husband, Kevin. They will arrive just as everyone is wondering who shot Adam Newman. One or both of the Fishers may even become suspects. Given their past history, it's not a stretch to think that Chloe may have pulled the trigger.

Crazy Chloe may still be volatile

Chloe was so enraged that Adam got away with killing her daughter Delia that she took matters into her own hands. She drugged him, tied him up in a cabin then caused an explosion. Victor later helped Ms. Mitchel fake her death, then allowed here and Kevin to leave Genoa City, with a promise never to return. Things are changing under Josh Griffith's regime and now it looks as if all the prodigals are returning home.

Time, however, may not have healed all wounds. Prior to leaving Genoa City, Chloe had the satisfaction of knowing that her daughter's killer had also been murdered, Once she learns that Adam Newman is still alive, her cray side may return. Spoilers from Soap Dirt and Celeb Dirty Laundry indicate that someone is going to shoot Victor's prodigal son.

The one person who hates him the most would indeed be Chloe. The fact that this is so obvious, however, may indicate that she is a red herring and someone else has an a to grind with Adam.

Chloe will bring chaos to Genoa City

Whether or not she shoots Adam, Chloe Mitchell will still bring drama to Genoa City. Her former best friend Chelsea is also slated to come back to town, and she was livid that her good pal murdered her husband.

Even though Adam is alive, there will still be many hard feelings. Victor will not like the fact that Kevin and his wife have defied his orders, or perhaps he will be the one to tell them to come home. The issue of Bella's paternity may also be called into question once the Fishers return.

Chloe initially tried to seduce Billy so she could become pregnant and replace Delia.

She later stole his sperm sample and had herself artificially inseminated. "Y&R" viewers were certain Billy Abbott was the father of the little girl, but later DNA said Kevin was the baby daddy. The test could have been rigged, which will open up another can of worms to be dealt with. Be on the lookout for spoilers to update what will happen when Chloe returns to Genoa City.
