Vicki Gunvalson is saying goodbye to plastic surgery once and for all! After years of plastic surgery procedures and filler products, the "Real Housewives of Orange County" star has vowed to her boyfriend of two years, Steve Lodge, that she will never, ever resort to going under the knife to alter her looks again.

“I promised Steve I wouldn’t do anything,” the 56-year-old reality star revealed to Us Weekly magazine on Monday, July 30. According to the longtime reality star and longest running "Real Housewife" on Bravo TV, she recently told her boyfriend that her breasts had begun to drop and noted that she'd like to see them "higher up." In response, Lodge reminded her of her promise and these days, she's "at peace.”

Earlier this month, Gunvalson admitted that she had undergone a face-lift even though her boyfriend didn't think it was a good idea.

“He said, ‘Absolutely not, you look gorgeous the way you are, just grow up gracefully,’” she remembered of Lodge's comment. Gunvalson also asked her daughter, Briana Culberson, who also told her that she didn't want to see her mom get a facelift because she didn't want to look at her and see someone different.

Vicki now believes it's what's inside that truly matters

In addition to keeping her body in shape by hitting the gym, Gunvalson told Us Weekly that she's working on learning to love herself based on what's inside, not on her outward appearance. "My outside is just a shell,” Gunvalson explained. She went on to say that one's self should be based on what's inside of their heart and their mind, as well as how they treat others and what they are willing to do for those close to them.

"And being happy and trying to get any insecurity that I have, because we all have them," the reality star added.

What's next for Vicki and Steve?

According to a recent post shared by Vicki Gunvalson on Instagram, she and her boyfriend will soon be headed back to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where she filmed scenes for the Bravo TV reality series months ago.

"I had so much fun going to Puerto Vallarta for ['The Real Housewives of Orange County']! But I’m even more excited to be going back in December with [Steve Lodge] and my fans!" she wrote days ago.
