"Saturday Night Live's" Aidy Bryant married her longtime love Conner O'Malley on April 28. The couple had been together for almost ten years before getting engaged in October of 2016. The ceremony was revealed as a picture on Instagram on Monday, April 30. In the picture, family and friends applaud as Aidy Bryant and Conner O'Malley walk down the aisle. The bride wore a beautiful knee-long white dress while the groom had a flattering blue suit with a matching tie. The bride had a red face with a big grin, holding Conner O'Malley's arm as he strutted with a smirk he seems to always wear.

They both look very happy and excited about their new future together. Most of the information for this article comes from reports by PEOPLE and Today.

The engagement

For the proposal, Conner O'Malley enlisted their dog for help. According to Today, Aidy Bryant told Seth Myers, "I was like; 'My dog doesn't wear a bowtie! Where is he going tonight?'" When she walked through the door, she saw their dog wearing a bowtie, shortly before Conner O'Malley proposed to her. Aidy Bryant kept asking if the proposal was a joke, and after realizing it was not a joke, she said yes to O'Malley and married the person she has loved for a long time. An anonymous source tells PEOPLE, "Aidy was a blushing bride, she was smiling from ear to ear all day." The two are both very proud of their relationship and they are no doubt happy.

Not many people can admit that they have stayed together for ten years before getting engaged, let alone married. No doubt their friends and family are proud of them as well. In the Wedding Photo posted by Aidy Bryant on Instagram, it is obvious everyone is happy for the couple.

The Wedding

Aidy Bryant has admitted that, after a year of engagement, they had not yet made any wedding plans.

PEOPLE had an interview with Bryant where she had said, "We're gonna go straight from 'boyfriend' and 'girlfriend' to 'husband' and 'wife,' skipping this little in-between period." Aidy Bryant had been secretive about her engagement, taking six months to announce it. With this in mind, it is no surprise that Aidy Bryant and Conner O'Malley kept their wedding details to themselves, opting to keep the wedding under wraps.

"Saturday Night Live" will have a fun time joking about the wedding, especially with the secretive wedding day. They have a lot of fun making a joke out of everything, after all. Hopefully, the couple continues to live their lives together with no fears of separation.
