"The Real Housewives of Orange County" season 13 trailer was expected to be released earlier this week, but unfortunately, the release has reportedly been pushed back to an undisclosed date in the future. According to a new report, Andy Cohen, the creator of the "Real Housewives" franchise, recently reacted to a fan on Twitter who questioned him about when they would be getting their first look at the new installment of the Southern California-based reality show.

"We’re going to post [the 'RHOC'] trailer when it’s ready!" Andy Cohen replied. According to a report by All About the Real Housewives on May 30, Kelly Dodd announced to her fans and followers on social media days ago that the trailer for season 13 would be released on Tuesday, May 29, but it never came.

Instead, Bravo TV announced an upcoming "Real Housewives of Orange County" special, which will air on June 11.

The upcoming special, "RHOC: How They Got Here," was teased on Instagram by a number of the show's stars, including Kelly Dodd, who confirmed that the June 11 premiere date of the show was not the premiere date for season 13. Although not a lot is known about the upcoming special, the announcement about the episode has certainly got fans waiting on the edge of their seats for an official announcement about season 13 -- and a release of the season 13 trailer.

Three housewives left 'RHOC' after season 12

Weeks after the 12th season of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" wrapped filming, Meghan King Edmonds confirmed that she would be moving out of Orange County and into a new home in Missouri with her husband, Jim Edmonds, as they awaited the birth of their twins.

A short time later, Lydia McLaughlin and Peggy Sulahian confirmed they also would not be returning to the show for season 13.

Lydia McLaughlin first joined the reality cast during the show's eighth season as a friend of cast member Alexis Bellino. Then, after filming wrapped, McLaughlin announced she would be leaving the show to focus on her family and welcome another child with husband Doug.

Are new cast members joining 'RHOC' for the new season?

For the past several months, rumors have been swirling in regards to who might be joining the cast for season 13, but at this point, Bravo TV has remained completely silent. That said, Tamra Judge, Vicki Gunvalson, Shannon Beador, and Kelly Dodd have all confirmed they will be returning.

Don't miss "RHOC: How They Got Here" on Monday, June 11 at 9 pm on Bravo TV.
