carole radziwill is reportedly giving her relationship with Adam Kenworthy another shot. During filming on the currently airing 10th season of "The Real Housewives of New York City," Radziwill and Kenworthy called it quits amid drama between Radziwill and Bethenny Frankel but now, several months later, they are allegedly back together.

On April 5, Radar Online shared news of the couple's reportedly reconciled relationship, claiming the romance between the 54-year-old reality star and her 32-year-old chef boyfriend is alive once again. “[Carole Radziwill] and [Adam Kenworthy] are hooking up again and talking more,” a source revealed to the outlet.

Radziwill and Kenworthy parted ways with one another last year after three years of dating and a short time later, Radziwill unfollowed her on-again, off-again boyfriend on Instagram. Then, earlier this year, Kenworthy sparked rumors of a possible new romance when he joined the dating app Raya.

Carole and Adam reunited at the 'RHONY' premiere party

On Wednesday night, when the cast of "The Real Housewives of New York City," except for Bethenny Frankel, reunited in the Big Apple at The Seville to celebrate the season 10 premiere, an onlooker claimed Radziwill and Kenworthy were seen canoodling with one another before leaving the venue together. According to the insider, Kenworthy appeared to be completely enamored by Radziwill throughout the event and at one point, he reportedly looked at her as if she was the only woman at the party.

Although fans haven't yet learned what tore the couple apart, Radziwill has hinted on numerous occasions that her former bestie, Bethenny Frankel, said something shocking during the 10th season of the show. During an interview with Page Six TV earlier this week, ahead of the recent premiere, Radziwill said viewers would see the changing dynamic between herself and Kenworth, as well as the fallout of her friendship with Frankel.

As for what Frankel said about Kenworthy and his relationship with Radziwill, fans are going to have to wait and see.
