carole radziwill and bethenny frankel were as thick as thieves during the ninth season of "The Real Housewives of New York City" last year. Some even called them the new "frick and frack," aka Ramona Singer and Sonja Morgan. However, with the new season comes new drama and during a new interview, Radziwill has revealed that fans are about to see her and her former best friend at odds.

"We do go through it and our friendship isn't over, it just isn't what it once was," Radziwill explained to Page Six during an April 4 interview. Radziwill said that because she is an idealistic person, she often views people in an idealistic way when she first meets them.

Now, after knowing Frankel for several years, she's seeing her in a more realistic view. According to Radziwill, Frankel said some things that she didn't feel were appropriate for a good friend to say.

Carole Radziwill has a confrontation with Bethenny Frankel

Amid season 10 of "The Real Housewives of New York City," Radziwill heard that Frankel had said some things she didn't believe were consistent with a good friend -- or with the person she believed Frankel was. Right away, Carole Radziwill went to her former friend to talk about the issue and it didn't seem to go well. "I don't know how well it went but you will see," she teased.

Did the 'RHONY' star's dispute involve Carole's former boyfriend?

Also during her recent interview with Page Six, Radziwill admitted that she and Frankel feuded over something that was said about her now-ex-boyfriend, Adam Kenworthy, during filming on "The Real Housewives of New York City" season 10. Although Radziwill didn't give any clues in regard to what was said about her former partner, the issue led to disagreements between the two women and these days, it's hard to tell whether they are in contact at all, aside from their professional ties.

During filming on the 10th season of the Bravo reality show, Radziwill and Kenworthy's years-long relationship came to an end but when it comes to their future, Radziwill seemed hopeful that a reunion was possible when she spoke to Page Six earlier today. That said, any reunion will likely not be seen on season 10 because filming is expected to have concluded.
