Last night on "The Bachelor" finale everyone saw that Arie Luyendyk Jr. rejected Becca after proposing to her and then moved on to Lauren. The thing is everyone seems to be happy now. Arie and Lauren are doing great and Becca has now been cast as "The Bachelorette." A lot of heartbreak happened on the show, but they have all moved on.
Emily shares her thoughts
Even though Emily Maynard split with Arie Luyendyk Jr. a long time ago she is now talking about what went down last night. She is now married and has moved on. Emily says she was shocked like the rest of the world to watch it go down.
She does feel bad for everyone that was involved with it. Everyone was heartbroken watching it all and the fans are still giving Arie a hard time about it.
Emily Maynard didn't hold back at all. She said, "I felt so bad for Becca, she was totally blindsided. And I feel bad for Lauren for having to feel like she’s second place. And I feel bad for Arie, because that whole situation is so crazy. I wish he would have handled it differently, but I’m sure he wishes he had handled it differently." The thing is Arie might think that way now. Jason Mesnick has admitted that he didn't love the way things were seen, but it all worked out in the end for him and he is now happy with his wife Molly.
Emily's past with Arie
Emily Maynard was on the show and picked Jef Holm over Arie Luyendyk Jr. Things didn't work out for Jef either, but she is now married to a guy she met at church and is very happy. Arie admitted that the last time he had really been in love before this season of the show was when he was with Emily Maynard.
That was a long time ago, but things are looking good for him now that he is engaged to Lauren B.
There is a lot of heartbreak on this show, but honestly, in the long run, they are all happy and have found love. Emily has found her man and now Lauren and Arie are even planning a wedding and working on their lives together. She is moving to Arizona to live with him and they will be blending their lives and able to go out in public together.
This is when their relationship will really start and they will see how things are for them in the real world. They are also going to have to fight through all of the negative thoughts from the world.
