Shannon Beador and her estranged husband David are reportedly at odds when it comes to their plans to share custody of their three kids, including daughter Sophie, 16, and twins Stella and Adeline, 13. As Beador begins filming the upcoming season of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" with her co-stars, including Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge, a report claims she and David are feuding in court over their children's potentially upcoming roles on the Bravo TV reality series.

“Right now [Shannon and David Beador] are trying to come to an agreement when it comes to the girls being on ['The Real Housewives of Orange County'] season 13,” a production insider explained to Radar Online on February 15.

In the past, the girls have all filmed scenes for the show but when it comes to the future, many have feared that their dad will put up a fight and attempt to keep them off-screen, much like Brandi Glanville's ex-husband Eddie Cibrian did with their two sons years ago when she was starring on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." Luckily, that doesn't appear to be the case.

The Beador girls love appearing on 'RHOC'

While it is hard to say exactly how much the girls will be seen, the Radar Online source said that viewers of the series love seeing the children interacting with their mom on the show and noted that producers like working with them because they are "fun and easy" to deal with. “The girls love it too," the source continued.

"So [David Beador] has agreed to let them still be on the show even though he is not going to be."

According to Radar Online, Shannon Beador has requested a judge from the Orange County Superior Court award her with physical custody of her three children and spousal support from David. A short time later, the now-ex-couple was expected to attend a January court hearing.

However, after the reality star and mother of thee called into the court late that month, the hearing was postponed.

David Beador will pay for his daughter's tuition

Shannon and David Beador's divorce may not be finalized for some time, but according to the outlet's insider, he has agreed to cover his kids' school tuition in the coming years, mainly due to the fact that he played a major role in the end of his marriage.

As fans will recall, David cheated on Shannon for months during the ninth season of the show. Two years later, they attempted to mend their marriage with a vow renewal ceremony.

Shannon Beador and David Beador will reportedly return to court on March 12 to discuss the remaining issues of their split.
