Stassi Schroeder and Beau Clark recently debuted their romance on Instagram, and days ago, the couple appeared alongside one another on Schroeder's podcast series, "Straight Up With Stassi." After Schroeder appeared on an episode of "Watch What Happens Live" and revealed that she was seeing someone new, she welcomed her new boyfriend to speak about their relationship on her show.

Speaking to his girlfriend's audience, Clark admitted that he wasn't initially on board with dating Schroeder after taking a peek at her social media accounts. "I just scanned through the pictures, and I was like, 'The bleach blonde hair, she's probably got Botox, she's probably got fake boobs,'" he explained, also adding that she was likely someone who ventured out in Los Angeles to the popular hotspots for bottle service.

"Just not my Cup Of Tea at all," Clark assumed of the reality star. Then, after a chance meeting at a party at the Mondrian Hotel in West Hollywood, Clark's outlook on Schroeder changed completely. As he explained, he and Schroeder spent tons of time chatting with one another at the hotel and he felt it was amazing to have such a great conversation with someone at their first meeting.

While Beau Clark admitted that he has been a bad partner during past celebrations, adding that his lackluster celebrations are typically his fault, he said that this time around, he wanted to make Schroeder happy and do something special for her.

In the end, Clark decided to hone in on the fact that the reality star is a big fan of blood and guts and decided to celebrate the holiday with a celebration similar to that of Schroeder's recent birthday on "Vanderpump Rules."

Looking back at their celebration, Stassi Schroeder said the event made her emotional and called it her best Valentine's Day yet.

As fans well know, Schroeder split from her former boyfriend, Patrick Meagher, in August of last year after dating the radio host on and off for several years.
