Jill and Derick Dillard have been controversial figures, and their scandals have resulted in them being fired from the Duggar family’s TLC reality television series “Counting On.” The couple were allegedly let go because of the way Dillard attacked fellow TLC star Jazz Jennings online for being transgender.

The social media post was a picture of Dillard holding a bottle of wine. He is seen pouring the wine into a tall glass. It is safe to say that Duggar fans were initially shocked when they saw the couple consuming alcohol, considering the family’s strict rules.

One Duggar fan wrote, “That’s cute that you guys pretend to drink alcohol like you’re kids hahaha.” While another commented under the post saying “I've never understood people who are against drinking pretending they're drinking.” As visibly evident from these comments, people thought the pair was being childish by posting pictures of themselves drinking alcohol like they were teenagers.

However, some fans think that these people are overreacting as the two are grown adults and if they want to enjoy a glass of wine who are we to judge them.
