Things have been really rough for a few "Teen Mom OG" stars lately and Maci Bookout is no exception. In a sneak peek for the upcoming episode on MTV, Maci shared a painful secret. She says she's hesitant about getting pregnant again after having a Miscarriage.

In a lengthy sneak peek shared by Radar Online, Maci Bookout and Taylor McKinney start discussing adding another child to the family while they are out to dinner. Cameras are on the "Teen Mom OG" couple as they start to discuss whether Maci should have another baby or if they should adopt.

Adoption is an option

"We're not having another baby," Maci tells Taylor before asking, "You really want another child?"

Taylor replies that he loves kids and wouldn't mind having another. After all, Maci and Taylor already have two children together. Jayde is nearly 3 years old now and Maverick is 20 months. Maci also has a 9-year old son named Bentley from her relationship with Ryan Edwards.

Maci starts to explain that she would rather adopt another child rather than give birth to one. That's a plan that Taylor says he's also on board with. The pair then talk about adopting an older child within the next year or two and it seems like the decision is made.

Maci brings up miscarriage

Even though Taylor McKinney seems happy to adopt a child with Maci Bookout, she's giving him the option of having their own child.

Maci told Taylor, "If you seriously want to have another baby, then I'll do it. But I still want to adopt too."

As the "Teen Mom OG" sneak peek continues, Maci explains to Taylor that if they are going to have another baby naturally, that she wants to hurry up and do it right away and Taylor seems to agree that if they opt to try and conceive another child, it's something they wouldn't wait to do.

That's when Maci starts to hint about the miscarriage, telling Taylor that he's "forgetting something" and that he needs to "think about it." Taylor then gets visibly upset and leaves to use the bathroom.

With Taylor McKinney collecting himself in the bathroom, a producer starts to talk to Maci Bookout about what may have upset him.

That's when Maci reveals that she suffered a miscarriage. Maci also reveals that she knows the gender and that it was a baby girl whom she's been calling "Dandy," short for Dandelion.

When Taylor comes back from his bathroom break, he says that he doesn't want to talk about the miscarriage. It clearly upsets him.

"I think it's important for people that are watching that we talk about it," Maci tells him.

That's when Taylor tells her that he'd like to tell their parents about the miscarriage before they tell the rest of the world.
