Chicago West is barely a week old and Kim Kardashian West already has more babies on the brain. Kim and Kanye welcomed their third child, a baby girl, into their family on January 15. This is their third child together but the first one via surrogate. They announced the birth soon after and then followed up a few days later with even more details.

Kim Kardashian explored the idea of using a surrogate on Season 13 of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians." Just a few short months after that episode aired, rumors began to circulate that not only did Kim and Kanye decide to go through with surrogacy, but that their chosen surrogate was already pregnant.

Kim Kardashian's first experience with a surrogate

With pregnancy rumors surrounding Kim, Khloe, and Kylie as Season 14 of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" began last fall, Kim teased a pregnancy announcement was coming. Then, in December, she made it official. She and Kanye were expecting baby number three via surrogate.

It didn't take long for Kim to jump on the talk show circuit and start answering questions about her own pregnancy via surrogate while expertly avoiding questions about her sisters. She even accidentally let it slip that she was expecting a baby girl while on the "Ellen DeGeneres Show."

Kim admitted that using a surrogate was hard for her. Despite receiving criticism from Perez Hilton over her opinion, Kim said that not being in control was really hard for her.

She had a lot of complications when pregnant with North and Saint. Doctors warned her that a third pregnancy could risk her life so a surrogate was the next best option.

'KUWTK' star wants more children

Soon after Chicago was born, Kim publicly thanked her. On her own website, Kim wrote that using a surrogate for Chicago "was the best experience I’ve ever had.” Kardashian also said, “She made our dreams of expanding our family come true.”

Things went so well that Us Magazine is reporting that Kim and Kanye want to do it again.

Apparently, they have even asked their surrogate if she will carry the next child for them too.

"They asked the surrogate if she’d be willing to have another child for them if they decided to do it," said an Us Magazine source.

Considering what a great experience this was for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, it's not exactly shocking that they would have the same surrogate should they choose to have another child.

Another plus is that Kanye and the surrogate's husband reportedly hit it off and struck up a bit of a friendship themselves.

With Kim still gushing over the surrogate experience and Kanye West at ease as well, it looks like more children are in the famous couple's future.
