In one of his interview Kit Harington said: “I think there's a certain pressure I've not felt before.” He further added, "Obviously, we don’t want to do that, so we’re very much stepping up everyone’s game which is very apparent, at least to me.”

The Royal Mail, which is the UK’s version of the Post Office, is issuing a set of "Game of Thrones" stamps. The purpose of this set of 15 first-class stamps is to highlight the British Contribution to this hit TV show.

Royal Mail has reported that Arya Stark, Daenerys Targaryen, and Jon Snow are among 10 characters featured in the set. They are played by the British stars, including Maisie Williams, Emilia Clarke, and Kit Harington. The fellow British actors also featured in the stamps, such as Sophie Turner (who stars as Sansa Stark), Lena Headey (Cersei Lannister), Charles Dance (Tywin Lannister), Olenna Tyrell (Dame Diana Rigg), and Eddard Stark (Sean Bean). In addition, some non-British actors are also included, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (Jaime Lannister), and Peter Dinklage (Tyrion Lannister).

The stamps would be available for fans to buy across the UK at post office branches from January 23. The fans also have the opportunity to call customer service line of Royal Mail.

Release date
