The latest updates and spoilers for "Arrow" Season 6 reveal the return of Roy Harper in Star City. The CW Network announced that Colton Haynes will suit up as Arsenal to help Team Arrow on a mission and his reunion with Thea Queen will have huge and impactful ramifications this season.

Executive Producer Marc Guggenheim teased the possibility that the show will have a potential crossover with the live-action "Teen Titans" TV series. There have been rumors that Roy Harper and Wally West will join the series and it will be part of the "Arrowverse."

Arsenal returns to Star City

According to showrunners Marc Guggenheim and Wendy Mericle, Roy Haper will have a short visit to Star City to help Oliver Queen and Team Arrow on an urgent assignment.

Roy's return also teased a reunion between him and Oliver's sister, Thea, and the producers teased that their meeting will have a huge impact on both their lives this season.

While the CW Network did not reveal what kind of revelation it will be, Screenrant speculated that their fateful reunion will allow Thea to suit up as Speedy and join his brother to defend Star City.

Colton Haynes is an original cast member of the show and he has appeared in three seasons. Roy was Oliver's first protege and was inspired to do good for the city. He took the name "Arsenal" and he fought beside Green Arrow until he was forced to fake his own death and leave the city to save his mentor's identity.

Roy made a guest appearance during season 4 and he was blackmailed into working with The Calculator to steal important high-tech weaponry from several tech companies.

He was saved by Oliver and the team as he helped them recover the stolen tech.

'Titans' crossover

Guggenheim announced during the ACE Comic-Con event that he did not rule out the possibility of a crossover between "Arrow" and the new DC TV series, "Titans."

"Great question, again, above my pay grade. I will say this, the one thing I've learned is 'never say never,' Guggenheim said.

"I could not begin to tell you how often we say to each other, 'We never thought any of this was going to happen. We never thought we'd see these characters. We never thought there'd be a universe.'"

The live-action "Teen Titans" TV series will likely operate in a different universe similar to "Supergirl" and the team will consist of Robin, Raven, Starfire, Beast Boy, Hawk, and Dove. There have been numerous fan speculations that Arsenal and Kid Flash could be part of the show, but the showrunners and the network have not made any comments about the theories.
