On Tuesday, the New York Times Magazine ran a spotlight interview on Fox News host Sean Hannity. After the article went live, the conservative host wasn't pleased with the magazine's photo selection.

Over the last two and a half years, Donald Trump has engaged in an all out war of words with the majority of the mainstream media. From the day he kicked off his campaign for president and referred to illegal immigrants from Mexico as "rapists" and "murderers," the former host of "The Apprentice" has faced an onslaught of criticism from the press.
While Trump hasn't seen eye to eye with many reporters and journalists, he's found a bit of a political safe space on the conservative-friendly Fox News Channel. Though most on the network have come out in support of the Trump, Sean Hannity has been the most vocal by not hiding his allegiance with the current commander in chief. Trump and the Fox News host have grown so close that the president has been known to promote Hannity's show on his personal Twitter account, even doing so over the Thanksgiving holiday. On Tuesday, the New York Times ran a profile and interview with Hannity, but the Trump-supporting host on Fox News didn't seem happy with the cover photo, as seen during a pair of tweets on November 28.
Taking to his Twitter account on Tuesday morning, Sean Hannity expressed his anger with the choice of photo selection that was made by the New York Times Magazine "So @nytimes takes 100’s and 100’s of pics. Obviously they picked the best one?" Hannity tweeted, while attaching the cover image showing the conservative host screaming into the camera, while moving his hands into a Trump-like position of having his thumbs nearly touching his index finger.
In a follow-up post on Twitter, Sean Hannity attached an article from Mediaite that criticized the New York Times Magazine photo selection and accused the news outlet of alleged "liberal bias." "Great point," Hannity added. The article in question has since received a mixed review, with some saying the paper was too hard on the Fox News host, and others claiming the New York Times took it too easy on him.
The NYT has been one of Donald Trump's top targets since the start of the career as a politician, often taking part in Twitter rants against the paper, giving them the nickname of "failing."

While Sean Hannity and Donald Trump continue to feud with the rest of the media, the president has many other issues facing him in the White House. With the future of health care and tax reform remaining a mystery and the Russian investigation heating up, it's expected that Hannity and others on Fox News will do their best to help Trump along the way.
