What to expect from the trailer
Marvel comic book fans have been waiting patiently for "Infinity War's" first trailer ever since it was shown in D2 Expo 2017 and the video was leaked online during San Diego Comic-Con.
The leaked trailer revealed that Thanos is going to earth and he is accompanied by his children, The Black Order.
The Mad Titan and his forces will collect all of the Infinity Stones to reshape the universe and it will take the reunited Avengers and the Guardians of the Galaxy to stop them. The Avengers are divided after the events of "Civil War" as a bearded Steve Rogers leads an underground group consisting of Falcon, Scarlet Witch, and a blonde Black Widow. His group will first face Proxima Midnight as hunts down Vision for the Mind Stone.
Ebony Maw targets Doctor Stephen Strange for the Eye of Agamotto as it contains the Time Stone. Thor will encounter the Guardians of the Galaxy after his ship was attacked by Thanos's forces as Loki hands him the Tesseract to spare his life.
They also attacked the Collector's based in Knowhere for the Aether.
The trailer will also feature Peter Parker wearing the Iron Spider from "Spider-Man: Homecoming" and joins Iron Man, Star-Lord, and Dr. Strange in an epic team-up. However, they were easily defeated by the Mad Titan as he used his Infinity Gauntlet to hurl a portion of the moon towards them.
Cap and Tony Stark must put aside their differences in order to fight them and save the world from a galactic conquest.
Mjolnir reforged?
The latest issue of Vanity Fair revealed the whole cast of "Avengers: Infinity War" and comic book fans quickly noticed that Thor's right eye has been healed and he is holding Mjolnir.
This led to the speculation that someone will reforge Mjolnir and Thor will regain his full strength in the movie.
The hammer was destroyed by the Asgardian death god, Hela during the events of "Thor: Ragnarok" and it is rumored that God of Thunder will have a new weapon to replace it.
The sequel will premiere on May 4, 2018.
