"The young and the restless" spoilers reveal that Thad Luckinbill, the actor who plays J.T. Hellstrom, will be returning to the CBS soap opera for a short stint. According to Soap Hub, J.T. will return to Genoa City after tragedy strikes. The word on social media is that Reed turns up missing, his father comes to help in the search. Now, the viewers want to know if Reed will come out of November sweeps alive!

The Underground fire

During the week of October 30, The Underground goes up in smoke after a careless accident. Just hours before the fire, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) complained that his father was trying to control him and take his bar from him.

At that point, Nick said he would rather burn it to the ground himself than hand it over to the mustache. Not long after that, a blaze breaks out and sends the Halloween teen partygoers into panic mode. Everyone seems to get out alive, except for the Asby twins and Reed Hellstrom (Tristan Lake Leabu).

Cane tries to save Reed

Cane (Daniel Goddard) knows he needs a miracle to get in the good graces of his soon-to-be-ex-wife, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil). So, when the twins and Reed turn up missing in the fire, no law enforcement officer could hold him back from diving into the blaze to find his kids. "The Young and the Restless" spoilers suggest if Cane can save Maddie (Lexie Stevenson) and Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry), it could convince Lily to give him another chance.

One of the "Y&R" spoilers stated that Lily begins to reconsider her divorce which complicates Cane's life. If Lily and Cane gave their marriage another go, it could complicate his relationship with Juliet (Laur Allen).

Maybe the viewers will learn that Juliet's baby isn't even Cane's child?

J.T. returns

After Reed turns up missing, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) has to call Reed's father, J.T., to let him know what happened. "The Young and the Restless" spoilers state that J.T. insists he will get on a plane to Genoa City to assist in the search for their son.

Victoria will probably try to discourage him from coming, but J.T. will make his way back to GC.

Will they find Reed?

The biggest question on "The Young and the Restless" viewers' minds is will they find Reed? Could he be leaving the show? The spoilers haven't revealed Reed's fate yet as CBS wants the fans to be surprised.Thad Luckinbill returns as J.T. Hellstrom just before Thanksgiving and will have a two-month story arc.
