"Rick and Morty" fans have found themselves in a rather boring predicament. We don't know when the next season of "Rick and Morty" will be coming out. We only know that we'll be waiting for quite a while. In order to keep fans preoccupied, we've come up with a list of things to do while waiting for season four.

'Rick and Morty: The Non-Canonical Adventures'

For fans of claymation, you're in luck. This short series puts Rick and Morty into a bunch of classic horror films, all in the style of claymation. All of the videos can be found on Adult Swim's website or on YouTube.

Check out a cult classic

If you're looking to watch something similar to "Rick and Morty," "The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the Eighth Dimension" is just what you're looking for. The 1984 film focuses on a quirky scientist who travels through different dimensions to kill aliens.

'A Nightmare on Elm Street'

Many people will be watching this movie right now since it's so close to Halloween, but "A Nightmare On Elm Street" found its way onto this list for other reasons. Long-term fans may remember Scary Terry from the first season. He very closely resembles Freddy Krueger, but Scary Terry isn't that scary after all. Just remember that Freddy doesn't turn into the good guy.

Enjoy 'Futurama'

For anyone who hasn't seen "Futurama," you're truly missing out. Any "Rick and Morty" fan is bound to enjoy this show about a group of people and aliens who travel throughout space making package deliveries and killing aliens. And you'll enjoy Professor Farnsworth, an old scientist who comes up with crazy ideas.

Watch 'Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome'

Earlier in season three, we watched Rick, Morty, and Summer travel to another world and go through an adventure similar to that found in "Mad Max." Morty is fighting people to the death and Summer is feeling romantic in a dangerous, post-apocalyptic world. "Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome" is the perfect movie to watch to get a similar vibe.

Check out 'Black Science'

"Black Science" has less of the dry humor found in "Rick and Morty," but has all of the adventure. The comic follows a scientist and his cohorts as they travel through different dimensions and discover new worlds.

Drink like Rick

Drinking like Rick is not suggested- especially for fans that are under the legal drinking age. However, creators Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon briefly discussed the contents of Rick's flask while at the 2016 San Diego Comic-Con. Harmon joked that it contains coolant, but Roiland suggests that Rick only drinks the best. He suggests drinks such as Hennessy X.O. While these are expensive drinks, it gives a reminder of Rick to all fans. Just remember to drink responsibly while waiting for the next season.
