The final season of "Star Wars Rebels" has just started and it certainly has viewers excited about the future of the Ghost crew. The two-part premiere revisited Sabine Wren and offered a fitting opening for the animated show's last season. Luckily, it looks like Sabine will be leaving Mandalore to reunite with her friends in the fourth season. However, a dangerous mission could tear them apart once again in "In the Name of the Rebellion."

In "Heroes of Mandalore," Sabine sets out to save her people by destroying a weapon that threatened to kill all Mandalorians.

However, the mission was not the most incredible thing that happened in the "Star Wars Rebels" Season 4 premiere. Sabine finally decided to step down as the leader of Mandalore by passing the Darksaber to Bo-Katan Kryze. Could this mean that she will eventually reunite with the Ghost crew now that she is untethered of the responsibility of leading her people?

Major 'Rebels' reunions happening in Episode 3

The synopsis for "Star Wars Rebels" Season 4 Episode 3 and 4 confirm that the Ghost crew will be on another mission that could put all of them in danger. Interestingly, the description of the second part of "In the Name of the Rebellion" reveals that there will be two major reunions.

According to Zap2It, Sabine will be teaming up with Ezra after they are separated from Hera and Kanan.

This means the Mandalorian is definitely joining the crew again after a brief absence. However, Sabine isn't the only one who is returning in the final season.

Sabine and Ezra will need to work with Saw Gerrera, who is also on his own mission which seems to be finding evidence of the Death Star. The appearance of the infamous Rebel fighter could mean that the animated series is drawing close to the events that took place in "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story."

The return of Saw is not the only thing to look forward to in "Star Wars Rebels" Season 4.

Another fan favorite is expected to make an appearance before the show concludes early next year.

Is Ahsoka Tano coming back?

Fans have been wondering what happened to Ahsoka after she faced Anakin Skywalker in an epic lightsaber duel. Some believe that she survived and will be meeting with the Ghost crew by the second half of the final season.

What will happen when Sabine reunites with her friends? Can Saw Gerrera complete his mission? Is it finally time for Ahsoka Tano to come back? The two-part "In the Name of the Rebellion" will air on Disney XD on October 23.
