Javi Marroquin recently sparked rumors of a possible reunion with his ex-wife, Kailyn Lowry, after being caught kissing the "Teen Mom 2" star on the cheek during a "Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars" premiere event in New York City earlier this week. So, does that mean that the reality dad's relationship with Briana DeJesus has come to an end?

As "Teen Mom 2" fans may recall, Marroquin and DeJesus began flirting with one another on Twitter earlier this year before meeting up with each other in New York City for a dinner date with family and a fun night out with DeJesus' sister, Brittany DeJesus.

During their trip to the Big Apple last month, Marroquin and DeJesus posed for several photos with one another that were later shared on social media and in one of the photos, Marroquin was seen holding DeJesus' baby girl, three-month-old Stella Star.

Javi Marroquin and Briana DeJesus then reunited in Orlando, where Marroquin treated his son Lincoln, three, and his step-son Isaac, seven, to a visit to Disney World.

Is Javi Marroquin in a committed relationship?

While Marroquin and DeJesus have been spending time with one another and staying in touch, they are not currently dating. As Marroquin explained to Radar Online on October 18, he and DeJesus discussed their relationship and decided that it was best that they didn't rush into anything.

Instead, they are taking things slow and getting to know one another better. As for the future, Marroquin said that he can see a romance with DeJesus happening eventually.

What's going on between Javi Marroquin and Kailyn Lowry?

Although Javi Marroquin and his former wife appeared to be on good terms with one another just days ago, Marroquin confirmed that he and Lowry are not getting back together.

While he didn't go into detail about why their relationship was done for good, he did say that "too many things have happened."

Following their divorce announcement in May 2016, Lowry shocked fans when she announced that she was expecting her third child with a third man and over the summer, she welcomed a baby boy with her now-ex-boyfriend, Chris Lopez.

Meanwhile, she's rumored to be dating another man, Dionisio Cephas.
