Kailyn Lowry faced the wrath of her fans and followers on Twitter on October 16 after tweeting to her "Teen Mom 2" co-star, Chelsea Houska, about getting a spray tay during their upcoming trip to Los Angeles, where filming is set to take place on the "Teen Mom 2" season eight reunion.

"Stay home with your f***ing kids," a fan tweeted to Lowry after she spoke of her upcoming visit to the west coast. Lowry shares seven-year-old Isaac with ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera, three-year-old Lincoln with ex-husband Javi Marroquin, and two-month-old Lux Russell with ex-boyfriend Chris Lopez.

After the fan's critical message was shared, another fan attempted to defend Kailyn Lowry, telling the woman that mothers should be able to do stuff for themselves from time to time. In response, Lowry confirmed that her children were actually coming with her to Los Angles.

Kailyn Lowry has been criticized as a parent for years

Due to her ongoing role on "Teen Mom 2," Lowry is likely used to the criticism that has come, and continues to come, in regard to the decisions she makes for herself and the decisions she makes for her kids. Most recently, Lowry faced criticism over her decision to welcome a third child with a third man -- who she is no longer dating.

Kailyn Lowry and Lopez enjoyed a brief romance with one another in 2015 following her split from Javi Marroquin but shortly after their relationship began, they called it quits.

Then, weeks later, Lowry announced she was expecting her third child to her fans online. As she faced backlash, Lowry chose to stay silent about the identity of her baby's father before ultimately confirming Lopez as her mystery man months later.

Kailyn Lowry claimed she was skipping the 'Teen Mom 2' reunion weeks ago

During an interview with Radar Online earlier this month, Lowry said that the six-hour flight would be too much for her son and said she didn't plan on going to Los Angeles to film.

She also added that participating in filming wasn't something she wanted to do. Now, however, she's had a change of heart and will be bringing all three of her sons to L.A. with her.

In her tweet to fans Lowry said that "we" would be traveling to L.A. with the kids, but she didn't reveal who "we" included.
