Musk on 'Rick and Morty'
According to a report by Daily Mail, the statement was made by Musk in response to “Rick and Morty” season 3’s finale episode. He takes to the social media platform to talk about concepts like simulated reality and future life’s beta. Elon Musk had admitted back in summer this year that he really enjoys watching “Rick and Morty” with his sons. He had added to the comment by saying that he was although, left disgusted by the show on several occasions. “Rick and Morty” creators replied to his reaction by stating that they promise to make the whole Musk family, “fully disgusted,” by the end of the third season.
The third season ended on Sunday, October 2. Following which, Elon Musk tweeted that he found the finale to be “disgustingly” good. The show’s creators responded to the tweet immediately by saying that they were only trying to stick up “singularity hits.” According to the report by Daily Mail, singularity hit is what the human race is headed towards. The society will become so technologically dominated that it will lead to the rise of super intelligence. Elon Musk has been pretty vocal about his concerns regarding this matter since the beginning of this year. He even had a Twitter show-down with the Facebook founder, Mark Zuckerberg in August. Musk was of the opinion that giving Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology too much power might prove to be dangerous for the humankind.
Meanwhile, Zuckerberg differed in his opinion as he feels that the rise of AI will lead to an advancement of the human race.
