This week on "Dancing With the Stars" Maksim Chmerkovskiy wasn't there to dance with his partner Vanessa Lachey. They said it was a personal reason and now the rumors are flying that it is because Vanessa is a diva and the two just can't get along. Now Radar Online is sharing that Maks was allegedly told to come back next week or kiss his job goodbye.
There is a lot of speculation about why Maks wasn't there. He simply said that it was personal reasons. The rumors have been that Maks and Vanessa just can't get along and that she was being a diva.
If this is the case, nothing like that has happened on the show before. Vanessa is competing against her husband Nick Lachey, which has to put a lot of pressure on her.
Will Maks return next week?
It was announced earlier today that Maksim would be coming back next week and that Alan won't be the one dancing with Vanessa. An insider shared that Maks was told that he had to go come back or else he would be fired. As of right now, nobody from "Dancing With the Stars" has actually confirmed that a feud was the reason that he wasn't there
A source shared that “Vanessa can practice and rehearse with a different partner this week, but Maks must be on the ball room floor." It will be hard for them to have a great performance if they aren't practicing together all week but if the rumors about the feuding are true then Maks might not care if they do great.
Vanessa Lachey is doing well enough on the show that she probably won't be sent home right away.
Could Maksim Chmerkovskiy decide not to come back again?
A source is saying that Maks might decide not to come back to work at all. If that is the case, then Vanessa could end up dancing with Alan, but nobody knows for sure. Maks and Peta have both taken time off from the show sometimes, so it wouldn't surprise anyone if Maks decided that this was the time for him to move on from the show and quit dancing.
Maks could dance anywhere he wanted basically or just be focused on being a dad. It isn't like he has to have the show because everyone already knows who he is and Maks has become very successful.
