"The Bold and The Beautiful" spoilers revealed by TV Line tell us that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) is scheming for revenge on Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). The problem Bill has is the recording Liam made of him confessing to torching Spectra Fashions. Liam has it stored safely in the cloud so as long as he has the confession, Bill can't make a move against his son to retake the reins at Spencer Publications. But Bill has a plan to get payback against Liam and it involves a very special guest star.
Another CBS soap cameo by a 'Seinfeld' actor
CBS and "Seinfeld" seem to be working a joint promotion deal because Newman (Wayne Knight) from the 90s sitcom just did a guest star gig on "The Young and the Restless" and now another "Seinfeld" alum is coming to "B&B." Danny Woodburn appears on October 19 as a tech savvy hacker that Bill hires to steal the confession.
Woodburn is a little person and played Mickey Abbott who was an actor pal of Kramer's. TV Line just released an interview about Woodburn's guest spot.

"B&B" spoilers promise Danny Woodburn plays Ken, a guy that Bill hires to hack into the system at Spencer Publications to erase the recording. But will it work? It seems unlikely that Liam wouldn't be smart enough to make some backup copies of the confession. He's got one on his phone and one in the cloud. Why would Bill assume it's on the Spencer server? Perhaps Liam also has a copy stored with his cell provider.
It doesn't seem too likely that Bill's scheme will work, but you never know.
Bill's revenge also centers on Steffy
Other "Bold" spoilers hint that Bill will bed Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) to get back at Liam and that might be what he does when his plan to steal the evidence fails. Woodburn said of the guest arc that, "Ken's no fool.
He gets paid either way," but wouldn't spill if the plan succeeds. Of interest is that his "Seinfeld" character Mickey and pal Kramer had roles as extras on "All My Children" which was still on the air when "Seinfeld" was a big Thursday night must-see TV hit.
"B&B" will probably have Ken succeed in getting the file from the server and Bill is triumphant when he comes to wag the truth in Liam's face, only to find out his son has outsmarted him.
Sure Bil might delete one copy of the confession, but Liam knows how sneaky and devious that his father is - why wouldn't he secure a back-up copy? Liam might even have one on a flash drive stuck in a bank vault as insurance. It will be interesting to see which Spencer wins this confrontation.
