The latest updates and spoilers for "Avengers: Infinity War" will feature the first official trailer for the movie as Marvel Studios co-president Louis D'Esposito announced on Twitter that it is currently being completed and stated that he loved what he saw on the product.
The fans have been vocal on social media regarding the film teaser, constantly asking the studio, cast, and crew to release the footage as soon as possible.
There are also new cast photos featuring the Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy, leaked character concept arts and a Spider-Man character being rumored to join for the sequel.
What's new for 'Infinity War'?
The teaser of the sequel was first revealed at D23 Expo and was shown again at the San Diego Comic-Con event. The highlights of the trailer include Thor crashing into the Guardian's ship, the Milano; Loki giving the Tesseract to Thanos, Spider-Man's new Iron Spider suit; Captain America's new look; Iron Man, Doctor Strange, and Star-Lord team-up; and Thanos pulling pieces of the moon to toss at the heroes.
Several Twitter users posted the cast photos and concepts arts for the film. Thor will have a new armor and his body is covered in electricity. Black Widow dyed her hair blonde and her costume will have a blueish hue. Yondu and the Ancient One are added to the cast photo, teasing possible resurrections. And Iron Man's new armor can now transform its arms into different weapons and it has wing-like boosters for added mobility.
Cindy Moon joins the sequel?
It seems that a certain Spider-Man character will join "Avengers: Infinity War" as IMDb tweeted that Cindy Moon a.k.a. Silk is added to the film. The character appeared in "Spider-Man: Homecoming as one of Peter Parker's classmates and she is played by Tiffany Espensen.
Espensen's IMDb profile listed Cindy as part of the movie's cast, giving fans the possibility that Silk will join the heroes in their battle against Thanos. Although, there is a chance that it could be an error on the webpage's part.
In the Marvel comics, Cindy is the second person to be bitten by the radioactive spider that gave Peter's powers. She was locked inside a secret bucker by Ezekiel Sims for her own protection. Spider-Man frees her out of the bunker during the events of the "Original Sin" arc and became a well-established superhero in her own right.
Cindy has the same powers as Peter such as super strength, wall-crawling, organic webbing, and spider-sense to warn her of approaching danger.
