Breckenridge is pregnant in real life, and Aptaker declined to discuss whether the pregnancy would be written into the show. Could Kevin soon face becoming a father right as he's getting big career opportunities in Los Angeles?

Jon Huertas, who plays Miguel, is a series regular now too, and show creator Dan Fogelman teases “This Is Us” spoilers promising that viewers will begin to like Miguel more and more throughout Season 2.
