"Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans is in some hot water this week after reports have surfaced that her daughter Ensley may have allegedly tested positive for drugs after her birth. Jenelle was reportedly investigated by Child Protective Services back in January after welcoming her third child. The report alleges that Ensley tested positive for drugs at the time of her birth, meaning that Jenelle would have had to be using drugs during her pregnancy.

Jenelle's daughter Ensley reportedly tested positive for drugs at birth

According to the latest "Teen Mom 2" news, the allegations were revealed after Nathan Griffith's mother filed for emergency custody of Jenelle Evans' middle child, Kaiser.

Nathan's mother, Doris, reportedly revealed in the court documents that little Ensley had tested positive for drugs at birth, which shocked and stunned viewers. Doris claims that little Ensley had marijuana in her system and that the Department of Social Services became involved shortly after.

CPS opened an investigation into Jenelle and David

Sources told The Ashley's Reality Roundup that baby Ensley did test positive for THC, which is found in marijuana. The insiders added that Jenelle Evans had worked tirelessly to keep the entire messy situation off of "Teen Mom 2," but that most everyone on the cast and crew knew about the shocking drug test, and continues to talk about it. While Ensley was not taken away from her parents after testing positive for marijuana, CPS did launch an investigation into the Jenelle and David's home life, and made many unannounced visits to their home to make sure they were following the rules that were set in place for them following Ensley's test results.

Jenelle's drug history

As many "Teen Mom 2" fans know, Jenelle Evans has a long history with drug use. She previously revealed that she was addicted to marijuana, and even went to rehab for the addition. However, a few years later things go much worse when she and her then-boyfriend, Kieffer Delp, began using heroin. Jenelle claims to have almost died from a overdose before kicking the dangerous drug.

Jenelle's co-stars reportedly furious that the drama wasn't on the show

Sources claim that Jenelle Evans was able to get out of the charges going to see a doctor in California, who gave her a medical marijuana card. The alleged proof for the drug was reportedly enough to get CPS off the "Teen Mom 2" star's back. Meanwhile, Jenelle's co-stars, Chelsea Houska, Kailyn Lowry, Leah Messer, and Briana DeJesus, were allegedly outraged that Evans had been able to get by without having the drama on the show.

One source claims that the reality TV star has been trying to appear like she has her life in order and is ready to have Jace back full time. However, people close to the situation claim that's not the reality. In fact, insiders say that Evans hasn't changed a bit from the wild ways of her younger days, and fans are now wondering if that is a big reason why Jenelle did not regain custody of her son, Jace, at her last custody court date.

Jenelle's in for another fight

Meanwhile, Jenelle Evans is seemingly going to have another custody fight on her hands as her ex-boyfriend Nathan Griffith's mother, Doris, is trying to get custody of their son, Kaiser, and has filed court papers in hopes of getting custody of the young boy. While she filed an emergency custody document, she was not awarded emergency custody of the "Teen Mom 2" star's son.
