We all have that one friend, a bestie, the ride-or-die person who has been there for us through thick and thin and will continue to be there without any doubts. "Bad Liar" singer, Selena Gomez, is counting her blessings for one of her best friends, Francia Raisa, for she has gone above and beyond the call of being just a best friend.

On Thursday morning, September 14, 2017, Gomez shocked fans with a photo of herself and her best friend, Francia Raisa.
The outpouring of comments is full of love, support, and even a bit of sadness. The photo shows the pair, side-by-side in a hospital bed covered in tubes and wires holding hands. Each with a smile perched on their face.

Raisa has appeared on Selena's Instagram quite a bit over the years, but unless you have been a long-time fan, you may not know who she is.
This duo met back when Gomez was on "Wizards of Waverly Place" and Francia was on "Secret Life of the American Teenager." If you think that felt like eons ago, well, you would be right as the pair are celebrating 10 years of friendship.
Disney and ABC Family had these two stars go to the Children's Hospital for some charity work. The two girls ended up in the same group, and they just clicked. They've been great friends ever since. During their friendship, the pair have gone to a few events together, seen having dinner together at all the trendy places, and even made a parody type video for Dustin Tavella's song, "Everybody Knows (Douchbag)," which was reportedly about Gomez's ex, Justin Bieber.
Gomez has been through thick and thin with Raisa. This friendship has gone through heartbreaks, life changes, and now, Raisa donating her organ to help save the life of her best friend. Thanks to her kidney donation, Selena's life expectancy could be doubled. That is one of the most selfless acts of kindness and friendship anyone can do.
