It can be recalled that during the Comic Con, the casts and crew of “Outlander” teased that the new season is a big deal, emphasizing that it is a huge transition for Jamie and Claire as they spend 20 years apart.

Despite this, fans knew that soon enough, the star-crossed lovers will be reunited in the most anticipated scene and moment of the show; print shop scene.

According to the executive producer of the show, Matthew B. Roberts, he assured fans about it as he not only painstakingly adapted the very important scene from “Voyager,” the third book from Diana Gabaldon’s series, he actually made it better and bigger.

He went on saying that the story is about Claire and Jamie so he made sure that it will show both perspectives, citing that the book only showed Claire’s point of view.

“I wanted to give Jamie’s POV of the same moment,” Roberts said. “They’ve been waiting for it for a long time! So, rather give it to them one time, you give ‘em something they don’t exactly expect.”

Last November, the executive producer tweeted the script of the important and much-awaited scene which caused hype from fans.
