"The Real Housewives of New York CIty" star luann de lesseps' soon-to-be ex-husband Tom D'Agostino is engaged to another woman just a month after the former Countess announced their divorce. Luann de Lesseps' has not even finalized her divorce yet but her estranged husband has moved on. Tom D'Agostino reportedly popped the question to Anna Rothschild earlier this week, according to Radar Online. Most recently, Rothschild and D'Agostino were spotted out in the city with Anna's large diamond ring prominently on display.

Sources told RadarOnline that "Tom gave Anna a huge diamond ring" and that they were "very in love." Despite the fact that Tom's marriage to Luann was extremely recent and short-lived, insiders say "this is the real thing" and that his failed marriage did not deter him from giving love another shot with Anna.

Anna Rothschild was apparently even friends with Luann in the past but friends of the newly engaged couple said that Anna and Tom have been close for years and that their relationship was not a surprise to anyone. Anna reportedly "adores Tom."

D'Agostino's new fiancée "has been friends with Tom for 12 years" and "hates Luann" now.

"The Real Housewives of New York City" star claimed that she firmly believed her husband Tom did not cheat on her while they were together during her one-on-one interview with Bravo producer, Andy Cohen.

Luann also said she didn't blame Tom for their relationship not working out because it was a "bad situation that couldn't get better."

Tom and Anna were first spotted out together just days after Luann announced her divorce on Twitter. D'Agostino and his new woman were photographed looking cozy on a date in the Hamptons.

Luann still claims Tom didn't cheat

The abruptness of Tom's engagement news has many people questioning whether or not he was faithful to Luann throughout their short-lived marriage.

Rumors of his various indiscretions plagued their relationship even before the two tied the knot.

De Lesseps' "Real Housewives of New York City" cast mate Bethenny Frankel infamously revealed to Luann during a vacation before her engagement party that he had been making out with another woman at a hotel bar in the city. The Skinnygirl mogul even had photographic evidence but even that was not enough to convince the former Countess not to marry Tom.
